Everything is a story. A poem, a piece of fiction, a piece of non-fiction.

I’m not just saying that because I’m a writer. Everyone mythologises the things that happen to them.

Whenever you say do you remember that time you …? is you sharing a story.

People feed into their diaries; they write letters; they assemble photo albums.

I have very outlandish stories I tell, but there also more personal stories I need to tell, and I will be approaching that, and really getting it out there.

Some people know who I am, but there are many who don’t. I’d like that to happen.
